Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans and document using electronic medical records.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants as appropriate.
• Preferred: prior experience with orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient populations.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Typical patient visit structure: 60 minute evaluations and 30 minute follow-ups.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
