Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Must be comfortable with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
• Experience documenting in electronic medical records, writing goals, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans and to supervise or delegate to support personnel as needed.
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
• Preferred: previous experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic and participation in student supervision.

• Workweek: 40 hours per week.
• Typical visit times: 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
• Must follow clinic standards for appearance, attendance, safety practices and documentation.
