Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA.
• Active Tennessee SLP license or ability to obtain Tennessee licensure prior to assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long‑term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including Modified Barium Swallow Study (MBSS) interpretation or consultation preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical records required. Preferred experience with common SNF EMR systems.
• Reliable professional references documenting at least one year of recent clinical experience preferred.
