Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado state physical therapy license is required to start the assignment, or candidate must have already applied and provide confirmation of application.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Must not be a new graduate. New graduates will not be accepted.
• First-time travelers are acceptable.
• Experience treating active, post-operative, sports, and Medicare populations preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day, including double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Ability to float to other regional outpatient clinics as needed.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Type: 8-hour day shifts, primary rate type is 8hr Day.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Patient Population: active, post-op, sports, Medicare.
• Productivity Expectation: Approximately 60 visits/week; will see 12–14 patients/day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• OT hours must be approved by the clinic director before being worked.
• Option to be part of a travel team in this clinic or a neighboring clinic is available.
