Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative therapy programs and skilled nursing documentation required.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions for geriatric and post-acute populations.
• Comfort with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation. Specific EMR experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and provide restorative supervision.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month.
• Shift Type: Other (per facility scheduling; 4x8 pattern noted by client).
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week as noted by client.
• Assignment Duration: 13-week assignment at the Crystal River location.
