Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license or ability to obtain state authorization to start the assignment.
• Certificate of Authority or documentation allowing indirect supervision as required by the client.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience delivering therapy under indirect supervision and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical PTA experience preferred, especially with geriatric or post-acute populations.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: 4x8 shifts per week.
• Assignment Duration: 13-week travel contract.
• Position requires working under indirect supervision consistent with client requirement (Certificate of Authority).
