Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience treating adults across the continuum of musculoskeletal conditions preferred.
• Ability to provide documentation in an electronic medical record system.

• 5 days per week
