Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.

- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams in long-term care settings.
- Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
