Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Virginia PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams in long-term care settings.
• Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
