Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Tucson, AZ at a skilled nursing facility. Provide skilled evaluations and interventions to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and instrumental activities of daily living. Contribute to interdisciplinary care plans, document progress accurately, and support discharge planning while experiencing a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and adaptive equipment assessments preferred.
