Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Ft. Mohave, AZ. Provide skilled evaluation and intervention to patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities in an acute hospital setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to restore daily living skills, support safe discharge planning, and document patient progress according to facility and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital environment preferred.
• Current clinical documentation experience and proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute rehabilitation unit (ARU) preferred.
• Experience with discharge planning and caregiver education preferred.

• Shift Hours: 0800-1700.
• Shift Days: Days.
