Join our travel Speech-Language Pathology team and apply your expertise in a skilled nursing facility in Tucson, AZ. You will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients. You will develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation. Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA) or equivalent.
- Active Arizona SLP state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience assessing and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel SLP experience preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems used in skilled nursing settings preferred.
