Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active KS State COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in industrial, workplace, or ergonomics programs preferred.
• Comfort working in a meat processing/factory environment required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience conducting ergonomic assessments and implementing injury prevention programs.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in occupational health or industrial settings.
