Description

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting is required.
  • Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and completing timely, compliant documentation.
  • Ability to supervise and direct discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student supervision as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel therapy or contract outpatient clinic experience preferred.
  • Experience with functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred.
  • Experience with performance improvement initiatives preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift schedule: 5x8 work pattern with varied daily hours (combination of 8–9 hour days Monday–Thursday and a shorter day on Friday as indicated by client schedule).
  • Must be able to provide services in an outpatient clinic environment and float to other nearby facilities if required by the client.
