Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and provide subsequent treatment sessions.
• Documentation experience including functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, goal writing, and charge entry in compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to supervise and mentor students when assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with flexible scheduling including occasional evening coverage until 7 PM preferred.
• Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and competency programs preferred.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8.
• Flexible 40-hour work week with 1–2 evenings per week until 7 PM.
• Outpatient orthopedic caseload with 60-minute evaluations and treatment delivery.
• May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
