Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Northfield, NJ, working in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on return to community activities, and document care in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. You will supervise discipline-specific therapy services as assigned, participate in student education when applicable, and pursue professional development in coordination with clinical management. The role requires adherence to professional codes of conduct, organizational safety expectations, and clinic standards for appearance, attendance, and documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.
• Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation, including goal writing, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel or contract therapy experience preferred.
• Experience supervising students and participating in clinical education preferred.
• Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance preferred.

Assignment Details

• Flexible full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Schedule may include 1–2 evenings with clinic hours until 7:00 PM.
• 13-week assignment duration.
• May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
