Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in an outpatient clinic in Bethel, ME where you will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and support return to community activities. Provide discipline-specific direction, complete timely documentation, participate in student education when applicable, and pursue professional growth in alignment with organizational standards and patient safety priorities.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Maine state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including comprehensive evaluation, goal writing, and development of treatment plans.
• Ability to complete timely, compliant medical record documentation, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry.
• Knowledge of state Practice Act and regulatory requirements. Maintain professional licensure and required continuing education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising or mentoring students or supporting clinical education programs.
• Prior experience working within productivity and documentation standards in an outpatient clinic.

• Shift pattern: 5x8.
