Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Missouri state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience evaluating and treating adult acute care and inpatient rehabilitation patients, including bedside swallow evaluations.
• Experience working in a level 1 trauma and comprehensive stroke center preferred.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred.
• Ability to float between acute care and inpatient rehab settings as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with video swallow studies preferred.
• Previous experience using TIMS equipment preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:00 - 17:00.
• Workweek: Monday through Friday scheduling with rotating weekends preferred but flexible.
• On-call: none.
• Floating policy: candidate will cover both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation units.
