Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to or upon start.
• Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for geriatric and post-acute patients preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.
• Certifications in specialty areas such as Geriatric Certified Specialist or NF-1 preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
• Work pattern: 5 shifts per week.
