Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Franklin, TN. We seek a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily skills while experiencing a new community. Candidates must be able to provide point-of-service documentation using NetHealth.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Tennessee OT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities required. New graduates are considered only if they have SNF clinical experience.
• Familiarity with point-of-service documentation workflows. Experience with NetHealth preferred.
• Ability to maintain 88% productivity in a SNF setting.
• Willingness to flex schedule M–F, 8 hours per day, and provide schedule flexibility when needed.
• COVID vaccination is not required; completion of a form acknowledging risks if not vaccinated is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel OT experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records and point-of-service documentation.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day with a flexible schedule required when needed.
• Setting: Skilled nursing facility clinical environment.
• Clinic documentation: Point-of-service documentation using NetHealth.
• Flexibility to extend assignment is possible; clinician must provide a current resume to request extension.
