Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Ewing Township, NJ. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily living skills while experiencing a new community.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Clinical experience treating geriatric populations, post-acute care, or patients with complex medical needs preferred.
- Documentation and electronic medical record proficiency required. Experience with common SNF EMRs preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Familiarity with restorative nursing programs, ADL retraining, and adaptive equipment recommendations preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
- Workweek: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
- Facility type: Skilled nursing facility.

Impacting Patient Care
