Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active New York State COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in outpatient settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with upper-extremity rehabilitation, ADL training, and therapeutic modalities preferred.
• Previous travel or contract experience preferred.
