Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Ohio PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing care in home health settings preferred.
• Ability to travel within coverage areas including Highland, Clinton, Fayette, Madison, Greene, and Brown counties.
• Ability to meet a 40 hour weekly schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience.
• Experience with home safety assessments and patient education for activities of daily living.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems used in home health.

Assignment Details

• M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm.
• Coverage area includes Highland, Clinton, Fayette, Madison, Greene, and Brown counties; candidate should be able to travel between patient homes.
• Weekly hour guarantee: 40 hours.

Impacting Patient Care

Join as a travel PTA and provide essential home health therapy to patients across multiple counties. You will deliver skilled interventions under PT supervision, support functional mobility and safety in the home, and document clinical progress according to agency and regulatory standards.
