Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Virginia PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to follow PT plans of care and document per facility guidelines.
• Willingness to float to a sister location in Woodbridge; schedule includes coverage at Tall Oaks and Potomac Place per client staffing plan.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs and residents with complex comorbidities preferred.

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week.
• Float to sister location in Woodbridge.
• M/W/F at Tall Oaks and Tues/Thurs at Potomac Place.
