Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active South Carolina state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is preferred.
- Client may require demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and care pathways.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall risk management.
- Advanced training in geriatric rehabilitation or vestibular therapy preferred.
