Description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Stockton, CA working in an outpatient setting treating orthopedic injuries. Contract physical therapists will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, communicate treatment plans and progress with in-house and specialty physicians, and collaborate with clinic colleagues to optimize patient outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current, active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to evaluate and treat musculoskeletal injuries and communicate treatment plans to medical teams and specialty doctors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting treating orthopedic patients.
- Experience collaborating with orthopedic surgeons and hand surgeons.
Assignment Details
- Monday through Friday, typical daytime hours consistent with an outpatient clinic schedule.
- Clinic will treat outpatient orthopedic injuries and operate within a team of therapists.
