Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Jackson, TN. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility setting. This opportunity involves working primarily with long-term care residents and occasional skilled patients.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Tennessee OT license required to start the assignment.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required.
• No new graduates. Previous clinical experience with long-term care populations required.
• BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Point-of-service documentation experience with productivity expectations (88% productivity) preferred.
• Ability to provide documentation and resume to support credentialing and extension considerations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both long-term care and occasional skilled therapy caseloads.
• Previous travel or per diem experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Flexibility to float occasionally to nearby sister facilities is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts with flexibility in schedule as needed.
• May require occasional floating to a nearby sister facility.
• COVID vaccine not required; completion of a form acknowledging risks if not vaccinated is required.
