Description
We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Salisbury, MD. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for everyday life. Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Maryland COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS and immunizations per facility policy preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Work pattern: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
