Minimum Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active Oregon state license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with dysphagia management and standardized assessment tools.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary team collaboration.

Impacting Patient Care

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling SLP to deliver person-centered care in skilled nursing settings. You will support patients across the continuum of care using evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration. Your role will influence patient outcomes and functional communication and swallowing progress.


Location Highlights

Roseburg offers access to outdoor recreation and local cultural attractions within a short drive. Umpqua National Forest and Umpqua River are within approximately 30 minutes to an hour for hiking, fishing, and whitewater activities. Downtown Roseburg features local restaurants and the Douglas County Museum of History and Natural History, and I-5 provides regional transit access to larger Oregon cities within a few hours.
