Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Florida state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads that meet a minimum patient care technician (PCT) level of 83% at least.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience treating dysphagia and complex communication disorders in an adult population.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records commonly used in post-acute and skilled nursing settings.
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.

Deliver evidence-based care for communication and swallowing disorders. Maintain continuity of care across interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to support patient discharge and long-term goals.
