Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Florida state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads that meet a minimum patient care technician (PCT) level of 83% at least.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating dysphagia and complex communication disorders in an adult population.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records commonly used in post-acute and skilled nursing settings.
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling SLP and provide skilled assessment and treatment to patients in skilled nursing environments. Deliver evidence-based care for communication and swallowing disorders. Maintain continuity of care across interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to support patient discharge and long-term goals.
