Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Michigan state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience evaluating and treating adult and geriatric populations preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall prevention initiatives preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift structure: 5 days per week.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. Manage caseloads, perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient function and quality of life. Document treatment progress and discharge planning in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
