Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Medina, TN. Provide skilled evaluations and interventions to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills after injury, illness, or disability. This role supports patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team while offering the opportunity to work in a new community.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Tennessee Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with ADL retraining, splinting, and discharge planning preferred.

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week.
