Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a home health Physical Therapist role in Salinas, CA where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. You will provide skilled, in-home therapeutic services and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve patient-centered goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy services preferred.
- Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel or per-diem home health experience preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems commonly used in home health settings preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
