Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited educational program.
- Active California PTA state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience delivering care in home health settings preferred.
- Ability to complete approximately 30 visits per week as a productivity expectation.
- Reliable transportation for home visits. Mileage reimbursement policy applies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel or contract PTA experience.
- Experience with patient education, discharge planning, and home safety assessments.
Assignment Details
- 5 days per week.
