Description

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Outpatient experience required. No new graduates.
- Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising or delegating to therapy aides or assistants.
- Experience with documentation including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
- Participation in student clinical education preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: 5x8.

Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Provide discipline-specific therapy services and design functional treatment programs to support return to community activities. Complete timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and clinic requirements. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licensure and continuing education, and contribute to a safe work environment by following safe patient handling and infection control practices.
