Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program or equivalent for PTA role.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Documentation completed within 24 hours.
• Ability to manage expected patient volume of approximately 8–9 patients per day.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with evaluations and follow-up care in an outpatient setting, with an approximate evaluation-to-follow-up ratio of 1:8.
• Familiarity with scheduling and throughput for 9–10 hour day workflows in a 4-day workweek model.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9–10 hour days (4-day workweek).
• Weekend and late evening requirements: None.
• Expected patient volume: Approximately 8–9 patients per day.
• Evaluation to follow-up ratio: Approximately 1:8.
• Documentation expectations: Within 24 hours.
