Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Woodstock, VA, supporting outpatient services at a regional hospital system and its Mt. Jackson clinic. Provide evaluations, therapeutic interventions, and patient education to help individuals recover from injury and manage chronic conditions while gaining outpatient-focused experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia physical therapy license required. Include license number or current license status with application.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience. Outpatient experience preferred. Note: hiring profile indicates 2 years as a must-have in some client notes; 1 year is the stated baseline and outpatient experience is preferred.
• Experience using EPIC electronic medical record preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous outpatient clinic experience, including outpatient musculoskeletal caseloads.
• Experience with common outpatient modalities and therapeutic exercise programs.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: Monday–Thursday 7:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.; Friday 7:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• Work location includes Mt. Jackson clinic (5173 Main Street, Mt Jackson, VA) and regional outpatient settings. Floating between local clinic locations may be required.
• Weekend and on-call requirements: None.
