Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida state PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a PTA in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.
• Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and restorative programs preferred.

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week.
