Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience needed.
• Minimum Education Requirement: Doctoral

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday - Friday
• On call/weekend requirement: None
• Coverage area: Lycoming County, PA
• Main responsibilities include completing starts of care, evaluations, and visits for physical therapy.
