Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Tennessee physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Productivity expectation: able to meet approximately 60 visits per week and see 12–14 patients per day; comfortable double-booking follow-up visits.
• Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
• New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prior experience managing a full caseload with productivity targets.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days.
• Guaranteed 36 hours with the expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
