Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active PTA state license required to start the assignment in the state of practice.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Familiarity with common computer functions including email, internet navigation, user accounts, and online training platforms.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for home visits.
• Agency-required liability insurance as applicable.
• Experience in home health environment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working as a licensed PTA, especially in home health settings.
• Experience documenting patient status and implementing care plans under therapist direction.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide direct support for patients recovering from injury or illness in the home health setting.
