Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Ohio state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dysphagia management, cognitive-communication disorders, and tracheostomy/ventilator care preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record documentation preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Location: Dayton, OH (Skilled Nursing Facility).
