Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Prescott, AZ at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This role requires a clinician who can deliver skilled rehabilitation services and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient function and independence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the appropriate professional body.
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term/post-acute care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document skilled rehab services.
- Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and discharge planning preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.
