Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Garner, NC where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new outpatient setting. This role focuses on outpatient orthopedic patient care with established productivity expectations and clinic processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Client preference noted.)
• Must not be a new graduate. First-time travelers are not accepted.
• PT only. PTA applications will not be accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity expectations: approximate target of 60 visits per week and seeing 12–14 patients per day, including double-booking of follow-up visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
• Prior travel or multi-site clinic experience is beneficial.

Assignment Details

• Position: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics).
• Option to join a Travel Team at this clinic or a neighboring clinic is available.
• 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours. Overtime must be approved by the director before being worked.
• Float to other clinics: No.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy and contribute to measurable patient progress. Follow clinic productivity and documentation standards. Coordinate with clinic leadership when overtime or schedule changes are necessary. Maintain professional standards and licensure requirements to ensure quality care.
