Description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Provide outpatient orthopedic care as a traveling Physical Therapist in La Mesa, CA. Treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, communicate evaluations and plans to physicians including orthopedic and hand surgeons, and collaborate with clinic colleagues to support patient progress and center operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, active California physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic injuries in a clinic setting.
- Experience communicating treatment plans and progress to medical teams and specialty physicians.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in outpatient clinics treating musculoskeletal conditions.
- Previous collaboration with orthopedic surgeons or hand surgeons.
Assignment Details
- Behavior characteristics: Monday through Friday schedule.
- Clinicians will treat outpatient orthopedic injuries in a clinic setting and coordinate care with in-house and specialty physicians.
