Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Eugene, OR. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or functional decline. This role offers the opportunity to deliver patient-centered care while working in a new clinical setting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred.
- Documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy or contract therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with adaptive equipment, restorative nursing programs, and falls prevention preferred.

Provide skilled occupational therapy services to support functional recovery, safe discharge planning, and quality-of-life improvements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to restorative care initiatives in the skilled nursing setting.
