Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Indiana PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience treating patients in acute rehabilitation preferred.
- Skilled, compassionate, and adaptable clinician.
- Open to shorter term contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in long term acute care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Additional certifications or continuing education in acute rehabilitation preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 8 hours per shift.
- Work schedule: 5 days per week.
- Start: ASAP.
- Floating to other facilities may be required.
