Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida state license or ability to obtain required Florida license prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a PTA in outpatient clinics treating musculoskeletal and post‑operative patients.
• Experience with therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and modalities commonly used in ortho PT.
