Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant in Paso Robles, CA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. This position is 100% outpatient and focuses on one-on-one care, allowing you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and see measurable patient progress. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred. Client prefers clinicians comfortable providing one-on-one treatment rather than group or concurrent treatments.
• Must be able to manage a patient census typically around eight one-on-one visits per day.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in specialty outpatient programs or with populations common to outpatient clinics.
• Familiarity with documentation systems used in outpatient therapy environments.

Assignment Details

• 100% outpatient clinical setting providing individualized one-on-one care.
• Therapists typically treat approximately eight patients per day.
• Candidates may be expected to support sites within the same regional area as requested by the client (floating to other regional locations possible).
