Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant. You will work with patients recovering from illness or injury, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. This assignment covers skilled nursing care in Frankfort and Rossville, Indiana, with primary duties based at a main skilled nursing facility and regular time split to a nearby facility. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Indiana PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
• Ability to travel between two nearby facilities during the workweek. Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between facilities.
• Availability for a full-time schedule (approximately 35–40 hours per week).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience covering multiple long-term care or SNF sites preferred.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Schedule is Monday through Friday; alternate schedules can be considered.
• Typical weekly hours approximately 35 to 40 hours.
• Position will split time between two facilities in close proximity; candidate must be open to covering both sites in a single day as needed.
• ASAP start.
• 13-week assignment.

Impacting Patient Care

You will support functional mobility, transfers, therapeutic exercise, and progress reporting under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
