Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to perform typical hospital PT duties including evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Orthopedic or neurologic clinical experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Shift Days: Days.
